These guys use loudspeakers to make it sound like they're street racing even though they're driving slow. I have to admit, I laughed pretty hard at some of it.

Loud, fast looking car does not equal fast car. As I've learned many times with people yelling at me from the sidewalk to "slow down" while going 10-20 miles an hour.
